Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Our-Shipping-Method

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The fulfillment center and the postal service company process the orders, which takes an additional 3–5 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. You can track your order status on our Order Tracking page.

 

MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERED MAY COME IN SEPARATE PACKAGES.

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! Each package will have a tracking # so you can track each item from dock to door. Most of the time, these packages will arrive on different days, sometimes a few days apart, or even a couple weeks apart.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Once a package is made ready to ship, it’s given a tracking number and input into our international shipping system online so you can track it from dock to door. Tracking # is usually given before the packages are picked up by the trucks and may take 3-5 days before the tracking #’s show up online to track. Just check back in 1-3 days and see if the tracking story is updated. If you don’t see a tracking story after 5 days, let us know, as we can see what’s taking place and get you more information.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

It is the buyer’s responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

We sell a lot of different items here at Gishify.com. Because of this, each item and it’s shipping times and costs can vary compared to other items.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET AN ITEM SHIPPED?

This depends on the location of our warehouses and where the item is going. It takes time to send overseas to USA, Canada, UK and Australia plus our other locations. Delays beyond our control can happen when items land in your country and go through your customs inspection. Again, we cannot control how long it takes once your item lands in your country of origin. We’ve seen it take 3 days and we’ve seen it take 3 weeks. Just know… you will get your item. If for some reason it does not arrive within the 5 weeks as expected, contact us. Items can get lost in the mail, and we can talk about getting a replacement item out to you if it went missing.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
